Since 2015, Julie and her family have been hunting for white truffles professionally in an undisclosed location in southern Europe. A retired truffle hunter took them under their wing and was able to give them the key information to get started truffling. Now they sell the white truffles they find direct to the consumer in 24 hours from ground to table to maximise freshness and quality.Â
