Truffle Dog Club FAQs
Joining is free today. The Club is moving to a paid membership soon, with a free trial so you can see everything from the inside before deciding to stay. Join now and you are in from the start.
Membership tiers are being introduced, including a VIP tier with access to all training recordings, masterclass topics, sub-trainings and other member benefits. Details are announced inside the Club first, so the best way to hear about them early is to join.
You can try the Club for free. Some members also choose private 1-to-1 coaching (from £150) or the 90-Day Truffle Dog Training Programme alongside it, but that's optional, not required to take part in the Club.
No. Members join from around the world. The training system and community work the same wherever you're based, only the truffle grounds themselves are local to you.
No. There is no fixed truffle breed. If your dog can work a nose, they can train. The Club has owners with spaniels, labradors, terriers, poodles, collies and plenty of crossbreeds. And if you have no dog in training at all, you are still welcome, plenty of members are here for the truffles rather than the training.
Two live calls a month: the Truffle Tea Hour, a social hangout with members from around the world, and a live masterclass with a special guest speaker. Between them you'll find ongoing BSH training content, occasional in-person meetups, and a community posting questions, videos and progress. Post anything about your dog's training and get answers from Ben and from other members.
No. Owners join at every stage, including before they've started training. There's no stage that's too early.
The Club is the community and ongoing content. The 90-Day Truffle Dog Training Programme is the complete structured course, step by step through Build, Search and Hunt with live coaching calls included. Many members join the Club first, then move into the Programme when they want the full system in one place.
